Constellation Brands has acquired “bicultural” Texas-based beer maker Four Corners Brewing for an undisclosed sum. The deal sees Dallas-based Four Corners, the maker of Hispanic/American beers including Local Buzz Honey-Rye Golden Ale and El Chingón IPA, join Constellation’s Craft & Specialty Beer Group.

Duckhorn Wine Co has bought Californian Pinot Noir winery Kosta Browne for an undisclosed sum. The company, established by the Duckhorn family in 1976, takes over the Kosta Browne winery, all assets and inventory, as well as 170 acres of vineyards.

AXA Millésimes acquires Napa’s Outpost Wines

French wine group AXA Millésimes has made its first move into California with the purchase of Outpost Wines, located on Howell Mountain in Napa Valley. The acquisition, for an undisclosed sum, includes the winery and vineyards near Angwin, on the upper slopes of Howell Mountain, famed for its Cabernet Sauvignon-based wines, as well as Zinfandel, Grenache and Petite Sirah.
