Earlier today, Bacardi released details of its leadership succession, with Mahesh Madhavan lined up to become the group’s next CEO once the present incumbent, Mike Dolan, retires next year. Madhavan, 54, will assume the role of regional president for Europe with immediate effect and will be based out of Geneva. Once he becomes CEO, he will move to global HQ in Bermuda.
