While the drinks product categories existed previously, according to ThaiBev’s 2025 annual report, its Food Product Group had previously been split into four units: Food Business Thailand, Logistics, Route to Market Thailand and Supply Chain Thailand.

In the filing, the Chang beer brewer said the updated structure aims to “enhance collaboration and synergies across product groups” as well as speed up “the development of each product group to strengthen competitiveness and create sustainable growth.

Changes to the group’s executive team include the company’s executive vice president and head of its spirits unit Sopon Racharaksa moving to the position of president on the executive committee. He retains his additional role of chief people officer.

Kosit Suksingha, the company’s head of its Non-Alcoholic Beverage product unit, will takeover from Racharaksa as chief of the Spirits Product Group, and staying on as chief of digital and technology.

Rahul Colaco, who was formerly CEO of conglomerate Fraser & Neave, has meanwhile been appointed head of the non-alcoholic business, retaining his current position as chief of brand and commercial. Colaco also previously led ThaiBev’s international spirits activities from 2024 to September last year, when he took on the CEO role at Fraser & Neave.

Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi still remains the company’s CEO, and chairman of the board and executive chairman of ThaiBev Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi also retains his position.

In its filing, ThaiBev said the changes to its organisation look to “strengthen ThaiBev’s management capabilities, providing opportunities for its executives to take on broader responsibilities, while developing the next generation of leaders potential to support the continuity of business growth in a sustainable manner”.
