Jennifer Mann is set to step down as EVP and president of The Coca-Cola Company’s North America operating unit.

John Murphy, the wider group's president and CFO, will oversee the business on an interim basis from August, the Fanta and Sprite owner said in a statement yesterday (25 June).

Mann will remain at the company until April in a senior adviser role to “ensure a smooth transition”.

The group said it will reveal her successor "at a later date".

Mann, who entered the president role in 2023, exits after a period of growth in North America. In the first quarter, the unit reported 12% organic revenue growth. Unit case volume rose 4%, while operating income increased 20%.

For the 2025 financial year, the division reported 4% organic revenue growth, however unit case volume declined 1%. Operating income rose 11% year-on-year.

In March, Henrique Braun took the helm at the US drinks behemoth. Earlier in the year, the group also created a new role to lead digital strategy.

Commenting on Mann’s departure, Braun said: “I am grateful to Jennifer for her tremendous contributions to The Coca-Cola Company as an operator and leader.

“Her people-first legacy remains in the many high-performing teams she’s led across the Coca Cola business.”

Mann has spent 29 years at Coca-Cola in a range of senior roles across operations and customer leadership.

Before taking charge of North America, she served as president of global ventures from 2019. That role covered businesses including Costa Coffee and Coca-Cola’s investment in Monster Beverage Corp.

She was chief people officer from 2017 to 2019. From 2015 to 2018, she served as chief of staff to James Quincey during his time as president and COO and later chief executive.

Between 2012 and 2015, Mann was vice president and general manager of Coca-Cola Freestyle.
