VinExpo throws open its doors this weekend as the wine – and spirits – world returns to Bordeaux for the French edition of the exhibition. In the lead up, we're running a series of daily previews highlighting a selection of companies and regional trade bodies at the week-long show.

  • The governing body for Provence wines will play host to about 40 companies at VinExpo this year. The Provence Wines Council (Hall 1/DE48 & E46) will also reveal the latest global rosé market and production trends in a masterclass from the region’s Rosé Wine Experimentation & Research Centre and Rosé Wine Global Economics Observatory.
  • The VinExpo Academy (Palais des Congrès) will run seminars and conferences daily on topics such as the US market, the African market, great wine capitals, Internet sales and wines & spirits distribution. Tastings and masterclasses will also be held in Halls 1 and 2.
  • US and French producer the Boisset La Famille des Grands Vins (Hall 1/A169) will showcase its portfolio, including wines from Burgundy, Beaujolais, Rhone Valley, Languedoc and California.
