Including unusual or non-recurring items, 2000’s first quarter net income was $2.7
million, or $.11 per share, compared with 1999’s first quarter net loss on the same basis
of $(13.3) million, or $(.46) per share. Excluding unusual or non-recurring items, 2000’s
first quarter net income was $2.9 million, or $.12 per share, compared with 1999 first
