Southern Wine & Spirits of America is lining up a facility in the US state of Indiana.
The wine and spirits distributor, which obtained a wholesaler’s permit for Indiana late last year, said yesterday (4 March) that it has retained the services of commercial real estate service firm Cassidy Turley in the state.
Cassidy Turley has been charged with providing site selection services and real estate experience.
“The soon-to-be-selected Southern property will serve as the preferred location for Southern’s next … distribution facility,” the company said. “Details for the planned 200,000+ square foot office and warehouse distribution centre are not yet finalised but site definition and facility design services are underway.”
No timescale was given for a future announcement.
