The case was due to come to court on Tuesday when Interbrew would have applied for the sequestration of Guardian assets. Lawyers for Interbrew have now said that the case has been adjourned indefinitely to allow negotiations to continue. The company has obtained court orders to force The Guardian, Financial Times, The Times and Reuters to give up the documents but has not yet enforced them.
