The fast-food division of the UK wines and spirits group, Allied Domecq, is to be restructured in a bid to expand and revitalise its key brands such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin-Robbins and Togo’s Sandwiches chains.

Allied Domecq Quick Service Restaurants has appointed an executive council to oversee the restructuring which will involve expanding the geographic reach of Dunkin’ Donuts, energising the ice cream chain Baskin-Robbins, and reinforcing the West Coast appeal of Togo’s.

The company is also looking at the possibility of expanding Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins in some international markets.
