Martin’s ‘Secret Herb Garden’ sits on 7.5 acres of land on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

According to the company, the gin is “distilled using floral botanicals that are free of chemicals, sugars, fruit extracts or flavour compounds”.

“The Old Curiosity gins keep the natural properties of the plants they’re distilled from,” the company said. “Consequently, when tonic is added… it changes the spirit’s original colour.”

The Old Curiosity range is available to purchase from specialist off-premise outlets in Scotland and from Harvey Nichols, nation-wide, from 1 February.
