SRI LANKA: Coca Cola Beverages Sri Lanka to delist from stock exchange

Coca Cola Beverages Sri Lanka Ltd said is planning to delist from the Colombo Stock Exchange, the company announced in a statement today. Following a decision by the company’s board of directors in June the company released the statement today saying: “The directors will now take necessary steps to have the company delisted according to the rules of Sri Lanka’s Securities & Exchange Commission.”
