According to a press release from the company, the vodka producer SPI has retained its rights to its vodka trademarks in the Czech Republic, which inclued the brands Stolichanay and Moskovskaya.

SPI said the brands also included Krepkaya, Starka, Pertsovka, Kubanskaya and Okhotnichya.
The Russian group OST had filed a petition in the Czech Republic to annul the vodka trademarks held by SPI.
However according to SPI, the Czech patents agency rejected the claim, following a counter petition by SPI.
