A court in New Delhi has reportedly rejected an appeal from Pernod Ricard to resume selling in the Indian capital.
According to Reuters, the spirits giant failed to convince the court to allow the Absolut vodka maker re-start trading in the city.

Pernod declined to comment when approached by Just Drinks.
The reported ruling is the latest blow for the French group in India.
Last month, India’s competition watchdog ordered an investigation into claims Pernod illegally colluded with retailers to boost sales in New Delhi, allegations the Jameson whiskey owner denies.
