Coming up at this year’s ProWein exhibition in Düsseldorf from 22-25 March:

  • Constellation Brands (Stand F02, Hall 1) is to showcase its full portfolio at ProWein this year, making all of its brands available to mainland Europe for the first time. The company will also introduce members of its team to visitors to the Düsseldorf event. “Mainland Europe is a key region for us and for the first time in our history, we are making available the full power of our brand portfolio,” said Philip Kingston, senior VP of International at Constellation.
  • VSPT Wine Group (Stand 1F21, Hall 1) will showcase six of its wineries at the exhibition. San Pedro, Tarapaca, Santa Helena, Leyda, La Celia and Tamari will be available on the stand with executives from all of them (except Tamari) on hand to answer questions.
  • Champagne producers will have extra space at this year’s Prowein. The Champagne Lounge in Hall 7.1 will hold twice as many exhibitors as last year. It will feature houses including Champagne Taittinger.
  • US spirits maker Heaven Hill Distilleries is to exhibit at Prowein for the first time. The Kentucky-based company will join about 400 spirits companies at the event, according to organisers.
