Nomacorc will participate in the O2inWines association’s Oxygen and Wine Quality panel discussion at the LIWF, on the Tuesday (18 May), from 1600 to 1730 at the South Hall.

Dr. Stéphane Vidal, global director of enology for Nomacorc, will join other industry professionals to discuss oxygen management as a strategic practice in vinification and bottling procedures to better maintain wine quality.

The discussion will also highlight the latest industry tools and technical solutions for fighting against wine defaults caused by oxygen and include recent studies and results from universities and research centres.
