Gruppo Montenegro has added an extension to its Vecchia Romagna brandy portfolio.

Vecchia Romagna Riserva 18 comprises a blend of brandies aged for a minimum of 18 years in French and Croatian oak barrels. The spirit then spent an unspecified period of time in casks that previously held Amarone della Valpolicella red wine.

The fourth release from the Italian brandy is available in the UK online through Amazon and alcohol e-tailer The Whiskey Exchange, as well as via selected retailers.

The expression will be released in batches, the first of which comprises 5,000 units.
