Jacques Pfister has been appointed chairman and chief executive officer of new entity, Orangina Schweppes, which has resulted from the merger of soft drinks producer, Orangina and Cadbury Schweppes France.
Pfister previously headed Orangina Pampryl.
Orangina Schweppes became effective on January 2 this year and followed the acquisition of Orangina by Cadbury.
Schweppes in September 2002 from Pernod Ricard for an estimated €700m.
The merger will lead to the 150 job cuts among Orangina’s 900 staff while the company’s HQ has been transferred from Aix en Provence to Levallois in the Paris suburbs.
