By GlobalDataOak Old Tom Gin, aged with American oak chips, was chosen by head distiller Scott Ferguson to spearhead the St Andrews company’s new Distiller’s Choice gin line-up. Oak Old Tom Gin is available from today through Eden Mill’s online store.
“With our new range, we’d like to take our audience back to our roots when our distilling team would create various small-batch gin expressions and experiment with techniques and flavours,” Ferguson said.
In September, Eden Mill founder Paul Miller announced the company would be moving to a new carbon-neutral production site, fuelled by St Andrews University’s biomass plant, in 2021.
