Eden Mill 2021 Release is a no-age-statemented single malt that has been matured in first-fill Bourbon casks and ex-Oloroso Sherry barrels. The iteration, which is limited to 800 units, has been released to mark the Scottish celebration of St Andrew’s Day today (30 November).

The latest bottling, which is available to purchase online, is Eden Mill’s fifth single malt iteration since 2017 and follows last year’s St Andrew’s Day bottling that was aged in ex-Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximenez casks.

Earlier this year, the Glasgow-based distiller lined up a new gin range, created in collaboration with chef Gordon Ramsay.
