RedLeg Tropical is distilled in the Caribbean, rested in oak barrels and blended with mango, guava and passion fruit flavours. It is available from 18 April in the UK via Amazon.

The release is the third flavour in the RedLeg spiced rum line-up, joining Caramelised Pineapple and Banana. A regular spiced rum variant is also available.

“The flavours have been instrumental in recruiting new consumers to the brand and have delivered incremental sales,” said Sarah Kingsbury, RedLeg marketing manager.

In March last year, The British Honey Co scrapped a joint-venture agreement with Distil to produce a vodka as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
