The BBH subsidiary Baltika Brewery is to acquire a majority shareholding of the brewery Krinitsa situated in Minsk, Belarus. The deal is expected to be approved by the directors of Krinitsa in December. Financial details were not disclosed but the present capacity of Krinitsa is 70m litres of beer annually and the brewery is the market leader in the country with a 21% share.
