
US wine group Duckhorn Portfolio’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales have been its “greatest growth contributor” as its “affluent” consumer base remains resilient to inflationary pressures.
The publicly listed company said the D2C channel provided a “significant tailwind” to sales and margins in its second quarter, led by sales of Kosta Browne wines.
