The Czech brewer, Starobrno brewery, reported sales of 740,000 hls for 2002, up 2.4% from 2001. The company, which is part of the Austrian group, BBAG, also said that exports had risen by 28.1% to 41,000 hls. The company’s prime export markets are Sweden, Austria and Slovakia.
