The sale was approved by the municipal council on condition that Nomainvest take over as guarantor for a CKr7.4m loan taken out by MW. The town will still own the land where the springs are located.
CZECH REPUBLIC: Nomainvest raises Marienbad stake to 94%
The Nomainvest group is to raise its stake in the Marienbad mineral water company, Marienbad Waters (MW), to 94% with the purchase of the 38% participation currently owned by the town of Marianske Lazne. Nomainvest has offered CKr15m for the shares.
