The Bulgarian agriculture minister, Mehmed Dikme, has said that a special fund is to be set up to assist in the promotion of Bulgarian wines in export markets.
The fund will raise money from export fees and government subsidies in order to allow wineries access to group promotional activities which they would not be able to afford on their own.
