The Bulgarian state is planning to sell a 96.83% stake in the country’s Gamza winery in a public tender offer, the country’s press reported today.

The tender will be carried out by the country’s Privatisation Agency and be in two rounds. The tender papers will cost 1,000 Bulgarian levs (US$555). Bidders will be able to purchase tender papers and place questions with the agency within 25 days after the official promulgation of the PA’s decision.

The reports said that one of the key requirements to the bidders for Gamza would be for them to present a debt settlement scheme for the company.
