North American water beverages company BlueTriton Brands has appointed Joey Bergstein as its new CEO.

Bergstein will take on the role at the end of the month.

He will leave his position at the hummus and guacamole producer Sabra Dipping Company, where he had been president and CEO since 2021.

While at Sabra, he is said to have placed a focus on accelerating “innovation and sustainability”.

“I have spent my career helping build great businesses – and helping those businesses make a meaningful difference in the world. I’m honoured to bring my experience to bear at BlueTriton, where we are working to build a better water company and be a force for good,” Bergstein said in a statement.

He added: “We have an amazing responsibility to help conserve, protect, and responsibly package our natural resources for the long-term, while providing healthy hydration to millions.”
