Bacardi has launched a new brand in the no- & low-alcohol spirits segment.

Palette comprises two expressions – Roots and Bold – which feature botanicals including American oakwood, gentian root, juniper berries, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. According to Bacardi, the range is launching across the off-premise channel in London, Paris and Amsterdam this month.

The company’s website also indicates that Netherlands-based consumers can purchase both iterations online.

“We’re calling time on sweet, tasteless ‘mocktails’,” said Bacardi’s innovation development lead for Europe, Australia & New Zealand, Marine Rozenfeld. “With the launch of Palette, we’re taking mindful drinking to new heights.”

Last month, Bacardi teamed up with UK-based on-demand delivery platform Weezy to deliver bottles of spirits to consumers at home in under an hour.
