Bacardi has expanded the footprint of a berry-flavoured Bombay Sapphire gin to the US.

Bombay Sapphire Bramble, first launched in the UK last year, will roll out to US e-tailer Total Wine before the end of May at an SRP of US$22.99 per 75cl bottle. The 37.5%-abv blackberry and raspberry gin will launch in the wider US off-premise from June.

Bombay Bramble is the gin brand’s first new expression in ten years, following the launch of the 47%-abv Bombay Sapphire East in 2011. The release continues Bacardi’s expansion of Bombay Sapphire in the US, which has also included the roll out of G&T RTDs in March.

Last month, Bacardi unveiled a Bombay Bramble & Tonic, which uses the gin brand’s Bramble gin, in the UK. The new RTD targets the outdoor summer consumption occasion.
