The departure of Palandri, who said he had left to give himself more time with his children, is the fourth senior resignation from the company since the summer. He denied that there had been any disagreement with the company’s other founder, Darrell Jarvis, and also said he planned to retain his 6% stake in Margaret River Wine Production, Palandri’s parent company.
