Computer and Information Analysts tops PepsiCo IT hiring in August 2022

Out of the total IT job titles posted by PepsiCo, Computer and Information Analysts emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 54.93% in August 2022, and a 2.5% drop over July 2022, while Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers claimed a share of 29.58% in August 2022, and registered a decline of 22.22%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 7.04% in August 2022, a 68.75% drop from July 2022.

North America drives IT hiring at PepsiCo

North America emerged as the leading region in the global consumer IT hiring activity in August 2022 with a 78.87% share, which marked an 8.2% drop over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 11.27%, registering a 61.9% month-on-month decline. South & Central America was the third leading region with an 8.45% share and a 100% rise over July 2022.

In the fourth place was Europe with a share of 1.41% and a month-on-month decline of 75%.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s consumer industry IT hiring activity with a 67.61% share in August 2022, an 11.11% decline over July 2022. Mexico featured next with a 9.86% share, up 16.67% over the previous month. India recorded a 9.86% share, a decline of 66.67% compared with July 2022.

Junior Level jobs lead PepsiCo IT hiring activity in August 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 50.7%, down by 23.4% from July 2022. Entry Level positions with a 26.76% share, a growth of 111.11% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 19.72% share, down 57.58% over July 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 2.82%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
