Japan-based company Fujitsu General’s IT hiring declined 3.6% in July 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 5.35% in July 2022 when compared with June 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 37.74% share in the company’s total hiring activity in July 2022, and recorded a 1.08% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Fujitsu General IT hiring in July 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Fujitsu General, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 41.77% in July 2022, and a 15.38% drop over June 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 26.58% in July 2022, and registered growth of 23.53%. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 24.05% in July 2022, a 58.33% rise from June 2022.
Europe drives IT hiring at Fujitsu General
Europe emerged as the leading region in the global consumer IT hiring activity in July 2022 with a 98.73% share, which marked a 4% rise over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 1.27%, registering a 66.67% month-on-month decline.
The UK commanded a leading presence in the region’s consumer industry IT hiring activity with a 60.76% share in July 2022, a 45.45% growth over June 2022. Germany featured next with a 22.78% share, up 63.64% over the previous month. Spain recorded a 7.59% share, a decline of 66.67% compared with June 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Fujitsu General IT hiring activity in July 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 60.76%, down by 12.73% from June 2022. Mid Level positions with a 24.05% share, a growth of 26.67% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 15.19% share, up 100% over June 2022.
