Management Occupations drive consumer industry hiring activity
Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Management Occupations, which accounted for 13% of the total new job postings in Q3 2023 and were down by 81% year-on-year. Second highest were Sales and Related Occupations, which accounted for 12% and drop by 41% year-on-year, and third highest were Business and Financial Operations Occupations, which were 4% of the new job postings and 78% lower year-on-year.
Top five companies in consumer industry accounted for 37% of hiring activity
The highest number of jobs were posted by Anheuser-Busch InBev with 270, followed by Tech-bank Food with 248, while the highest increase was at Apical Group at 20%.
