Sapsucker Hard is a blend of vodka and water that is harvested from Canadian maple trees. The 4% sparkling RTD launches in Ontario with ‘The Lime Vodka One’.

“While offerings in the space continue to expand, consumers have expressed a desire to explore beverages which have unique flavour profiles – not another typical vodka soda,” said founder Nancy Chapman. “We are excited to bring to market a … sustainably-focused product that’s completely new to consumers.”

The six-year-old company previously focused on its six-strong flavoured sparkling tree water portfolio.
