Budvar Ceske Budejovice, the owner of the Budvar Budweiser brand, has won its dispute with the US giant Anheuser-Busch for the Budweiser trademark in Lithuania, the local press reported today. According to the Hospodarske noviny newspaper, the court dismissed Anheuser-Busch’s application for a trademark erasure.
