The US Department of Justice has filed an injunction against Brooklyn-based juice firm Juices Incorporated for violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
The injunction, requested by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), prevents the firm from processing and distributing juice products, the FDA said today (8 October).
