CCDA Waters LLC, a joint venture of Coca-Cola (KO), Groupe Danone (DA) and Danone Holdings, is recalling 3.2m bottles of water after receiving 10 complaints that caps were unexpectedly coming off, posing a choking hazard to young children.

However, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said it had received no reports of injuries.
