The Russian beer producer, Patra, located in Yekaterinburg, has reported that its combined beverage volume sales fell by 8% in the first half of 2003 to 36.16m litres, in comparison with the first half of 2002.
Beer production was down 9% at 31.6m litres in the six-month period. However, water and soft drinks volumes almost doubled to 4.558m litres.
