Coming up at this year’s ProWein exhibition in Düsseldorf:
- A Wine Intelligence seminar will tell ProWein visitors how to grab a share of the two-million new wine consumers in the US market since 1992. Experts from the consultancy group will share insights into where opportunities lie, particularly among Millennial and Hispanic drinkers. The seminar, called “America’s new wine drinkers”, will take place on March 25 from 11:15am in Hall 7.1.
- French producer and shipper Maison Sichel (Stand D02, Hall 5) is increasing its profile at ProWein this year, with about 50 wines represented at the Bordeux-based company’s stand. Wines will include core brands from Sichel’s own vineyards and flagship brand Sirius.
- Georgian producer Marussia Beverages (Stand B52, Hall 6) is bringing its sparkling wines to ProWein for the first time. The company is also offering tastings of its Château Mukhrani brand including Reserve Du Prince vintages and the new 2010 Saperavi magnum.
