E&J Gallo has unveiled revamped branding for its Apothic US Cabernet Sauvignon in the UK. The refreshed label for Apothic Cab will roll out across the brand this Spring, the company's UK division said this week. The new design features changes to the colour scheme to distinguish it from Apothic Red - a less-premium expression in the Apothic range. “We are delighted with the initial performance of Apothic Cab and believe this striking, and more premium, new label will further fuel its growth thanks to its improved differentiation,” said UK & Ireland sales director Mark Stammers. Apothic Cab was released by Gallo in its home market of the US two years ago and extended to the UK in August 2020. The Apothic portfolio features nine other iterations, including Apothic Sparkling Red, Apothic Brew, Apothic Inferno and Apothic Dark.
