Roland Weening, the chief executive of juice drink maker Capri-Sun Group, has stepped down from the business.
In a statement, the Switzerland-based business said Weening, who had been at the helm since 2016, had been “released as CEO, and from all his duties effective Friday, September 18, 2026”.

Capri-Sun declined to comment on the reasons for Weening’s departure.
The statement read: “The company will continue to be successfully run by the existing executives, officers, directors, and employees, as well as the owner, Dr. Hans-Peter Wild, who built the business over the last 50 years and remains serving as chairman of the board.
“Dr. Wild will be supported by, among other board members, Rolf Fallegger, who began his lengthy career at Procter & Gamble and then spent much of his career with Lindt & Sprüngli, where he served as a member of the group’s executive management.”
Weening was appointed as group CEO of Capri-Sun in February 2016.
Prior to his tenure at the Swiss company, he worked for Mondelez International and Unilever.
Headquartered in Zug in Switzerland, Capri-Sun was established by Wild’s father in 1969.
The company operates 24 manufacturing facilities and employs roughly 1,000 people globally, as per its website. It generates $1.4bn in yearly external sales.
