Brown-Forman has expanded the reach of its Jack Daniel's ready-to-drink (RTD) extension, making the line available nationwide in the US for the first time. The range comprises three variants: Jack & Cola; Jack, Honey & Lemonade, and Jack Apple Fizz, all of which have an abv of 7%. The range has an SRP of US$3.99 per 35cl can or $12.99 per four-pack. Previously, Jack Daniel's RTDs had only been available in 14 states. Brown-Forman launched Jack Daniel's RTDs in June 2020 with an initial line-up of Jack & Cola, Jack, Honey & Lemonade and a hard seltzer. Jack & Seltzer was replaced in the portfolio by Jack Apple Fizz in mid-2021, Brown-Forman confirmed. “We were blown away by the response and demand for our canned cocktails when we launched in select markets nearly two years ago,” said Jack Daniel’s RTD brand director, Dallas Cheatham. “By pairing the bold and unique flavour of Jack with the convenience of a spirit-based cocktail, we’re giving even more friends the opportunity to enjoy our Tennessee whiskey.” Also this week, Pernod Ricard announced the launch of an RTD from its Jameson brand.
