Bacardi is the latest brand owner seeking to tap into the growing demand for premium at-home cocktails, with the extension of its Tails premix brand to the off-premise channel from next month. Tails was originally created as a quick solution to serving premium cocktails in the hospitality sector, but Bacardi is now offering the five-strong range to consumers via supermarkets, specialist liquor stores and through e-commerce channels. The drinks will be available in the UK & Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Australia. Each of the five expressions are made using premium spirits from Bacardi’s portfolio and will be sold in 50cl bottles at a strength of 14.9% abv.
