The industry’s overall hiring increased by 1.02% in October 2022 when compared with September 2022.
Out of the consumer industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 8.23% share in October 2022, recording a decrease of 0.14% over the last three-month average share.

By GlobalData1) Database and Network Administrators and Architects recorded a share of 37.5% in October 2022, registering a 10% decline over the previous month.
2) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers claimed a 29.17% share, a decrease of 12.5% over the previous month.
3) Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 14.58%, registering a 16.67% rise from September 2022.
4) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations captured a share of 14.58%, up 133.33% over the previous month.
Top five consumer companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in October 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 52.17% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s consumer industry during October 2022 over September 2022.
Carlsberg posted 9 IT jobs in October 2022 and registered a drop of 18.18% over the previous month, followed by Procter & Gamble with 8 jobs and a 166.67% growth. Haleon with 8 IT jobs and Reckitt Benckiser Group with 6 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 33.33% decrease, respectively, while PepsiCo recorded a flat growth with 4 job postings during October 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 79.17%, up by 15.15% from September 2022. Mid Level positions with a 10.42% share, registered a decline of 16.67% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 10.42% share, down 28.57% over September 2022.
