- Later in December, the company said it was to cede more capacity at its Scottish brewery to Anheuser-Busch InBev as part of a shake up of the companies’ UK distribution agreements. The Irish company, which operates the Wellpark Brewery in Glasgow, will brew and package an increased volume of AB InBev beers at the site
- In February, C&C Group’s Scottish unit started rolling out new Tennent’s Lager bar pumps after they lifted sales by 4% in a trial-run
- Ahead of its fiscal-2017 results announcement, C&C warned that it expects another challenging 12 months ahead, after it revealed operating profits for its FY-2017 will likely decline.
