By GlobalDataBlood Oath Pact No 7 launches nationwide to US retailers in mid-April and is limited to 51,000 units. The series, which was created by head distiller & master blender John Rempe, combines three ryed Bourbons; a 14-year old, and two eight-year-old expressions, one of which was finished in Sauternes casks.
“Finishing in a Sauternes cask brings additional tasting notes and flavour to the bourbon,” said Rempe. “Expect a nose of caramel, oak and spice with flavour notes of apricots, honey and peaches.”
Earlier this month, actor and musician Jamie Foxx bought a majority stake in BSB Spirits’ flavoured Bourbon brand, Brown Sugar.
