By GlobalDataDaring Dry uses a Sauvignon Blanc base, paired with native Australian herbs of anise myrtle, quandong and thyme, as well as white pepper, olive leaf and juniper. Wild Rose marries Shiraz blush with native illawara plums, rosella and strawberry gum with rhubarb and kina.
The brands were founded by Mark Ward in 2012.
