Haystack has been listed $5.6m while the Clouds Nest location is going for $4.5m on the luxury real estate website Christie’s International Real Estate, the publication reported.
When approached on the topic by Just Drinks, a Trinchero spokesperson said: “Given market dynamics, listing select vineyards is a proactive step we’ve taken to ensure we’re positioned for long-term, sustainable growth.
“We source from those vineyards for a very few wines and thus don’t anticipate any significant changes to production or our portfolio based on the sale of those vineyards.”
The Haystack location includes over 21 acres of vines while Clouds Nest features over 12 acres and a residence, the online listings said.
