The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 4.88% in September 2022 when compared with August 2022.
Out of the consumer industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 8.69% share in September 2022, recording an increase of 0.32% over the last three-month average share.

By GlobalData1) Database and Network Administrators and Architects recorded a share of 42.22% in September 2022, registering a 5% decline over the previous month.
2) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers claimed a 35.56% share, a decrease of 5.88% over the previous month.
3) Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 13.33%, registering a 50% rise from August 2022.
4) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations captured a share of 6.67%, down 57.14% over the previous month.
Top five consumer companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in September 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 29.17% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s consumer industry during September 2022 over August 2022.
Carlsberg posted 11 IT jobs in September 2022 and registered a rise of 83.33% over the previous month, followed by Reckitt Benckiser Group with 9 jobs and a flat growth. Whirlpool with 5 IT jobs and Philip Morris International with 3 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 57.14% decrease, respectively, while Mondelez International recorded an increase of 50% with 3 job postings during September 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 71.11%, up by 3.23% from August 2022. Entry Level positions with a 15.56% share, registered a decline of 22.22% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 13.33% share, down 25% over August 2022.
