London distiller Doghouse Distillery has released a chilli & bacon flavoured vodka.
Baller Chilli Bacon Vodka is the first flavoured extension to Doghouse’s Baller brand, which rolled out in 2018. The company said the new launch is a “first-of-its-kind flavour” that targets both bartenders and home consumption.

“We wanted to bring something new to the market that not only excites consumers but also gives bartenders another way to deliver great-tasting cocktails such as the Bloody Mary,” said Doghouse founder Braden Saunders. “As flavoured vodka continues to grow in popularity amongst consumers, our new vodka innovation is set to disrupt the category, providing people with a flavour they have never experienced before.”
The new vodka is available in 70cl and 5cl bottles. A Bloody Mary Kit including a 70cl Baller Chilli Bacon Vodka, a 75cl Big Tom Spiced Tomato and Doghouse gift box is also on sale, along with a mini version that contains a 5cl bottle.
Bacon-flavoured vodkas get an occasional airing in the spirits world. In 2013, Pernod Ricard launched a series of ‘breakfast liqueurs’ under its Mamma Walker brand. The three-strong range included a maple bacon flavour.
